1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WassAppi system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

WassAppi provides a technical platform that enables restaurants to receive and manage orders via WhatsApp. We provide the technical infrastructure and do not interfere with the quality of food or delivery service provided by the restaurant to its customers.

3. Accounts and Registration

• When creating an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Fees and Payment

Some aspects of the Service are provided for a subscription fee. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WassAppi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
