1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription to the WassAppi system at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our technical support team. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle for which you have already paid.

Due to the nature of the digital services we provide, all fees paid are generally non-refundable, subject to the following exceptions:

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to the support team from the same email address registered to the account.
  2. Explain the reason for the refund request in detail.
  3. Attach any proofs or screenshots of the issue (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method, and it may take 5 to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank's policy.

4. Plan Adjustments

If you upgrade your current plan to a higher plan, the prorated difference for the remaining period of your subscription will be calculated. If you downgrade your plan, the reduction will be applied in the next billing cycle and no financial differences for the current period will be refunded.
